More scrapbooking

Here are 2 simple layouts I have finished this weekend. One shows 2 of my very favourite animals - the Meerkat and the Otter. They are just so cute and playful, a bit like the second layout which includes photo's of my Daughter and Niece at the pool while holidaying in Texas last year.

Craft Day

On Saturday members of the Craft Swap Forum that I belong to met up in Oxford for a day of crafting and chatting.........mainly chatting. I had a great time meeting new friends and 'old'. I did manage to get a little crafting done and decorated this giant tag. Using materials supplied by Simon....thank you.

Cards

I've been busy this morning with my Cricut.

The first card I made this morning is for a friend I work with who is getting married at the end of July (I'm ahead of myself for a change).

The second card is just a simple Ruby Wedding card. I just wish I had my Cricut a couple of years ago when my parents celebrated their Ruby Wedding, I could of really got carried away.

MTTC Challenge - circles

This week's challenge on My Time to Craft is circles. I have made a card using circle paper, added circle eyelets to the corner of my stamped image and finished with a circle Birthday greeting.

Cards

Here are 3 cards that I made yesterday. My Mum & Dad are celebrating their wedding anniversary today, so I chose my Mum's favourite flowers to stamp onto the card which are daffodils. The other 2 cards are for my friends who had a baby girl yesterday - one congratulations card and one for their Son to congratulate him on becoming a big Brother.

n is for..............

I've just altered this letter n for a friend of mine as a thank you. These wooden letters are great. I've never altered one before but I can feel a trip back to the shop for some more now. I painted it with acrylic paint, added a chipboard flower which can be purchased from http://www.theartisticstamper.com/, and stamped on it. Simple but I think it looks lovely.

Feed me

Found this lovely picture of my daughter feeding herself with Weetabix. I think her face shows just how proud of herself she was-mind you, you can't see the state of the floors and walls. I've experimented with doodling around the edges of the paper/cardstock with this layout.

My Time to Craft Challenge

This weeks challenge is to use either eyelets or brads or both. For this challenge I have stamped my Magnolia image and watercoloured her, mounted on blue mirror card and added some eyelets to the corners. I have added a flower using a brad for the centre.
